Dr. Fromholzer, President of CRM Associates, is the world’s leading researcher, expert, and speaker on Yellow Pages value. Dr. Fromholzer conducts the industry’s annual Metered Ad Study, which now consists of over 200,000 separate Yellow Pages ads from around the world. Dr. Fromholzer also produces research about who uses the Yellow Pages and what drives their usage. Dr. Fromholzer has been a frequent speaker and trainer for Yellow Pages sales and advertiser groups around the world.
Dr. Fromholzer has an extensive background working with several other industries: he was Director of Operations Research for United Airlines, Executive Director of Strategy Development for U S West Communications, and Project Manager for the Electric Power Research Institute.
Dr. Fromholzer received a Ph.D. and M.S. in Engineering-Economic Systems from Stanford University and a B.S. in Mathematics from MIT; he has worked at Stanford’s Department of Economics, Harvard’s Kennedy School for Public Policy, and the University of Colorado’s College of Business Administration.

Shelly R. McCarron

Shelly McCarron has been a Research Assistant with CRM since 2002, assisting in the development, research and analysis of The Top Heading Reports, (proprietary research for the Yellow Pages Association,) Metered Ad Studies and Ad Content Studies for the Yellow Pages print product both domestically and internationally. Shelly is also Project Manager of CRM’s most recent and ongoing Internet Media Ad Content Study.
Previously, Shelly managed the office for a construction company and worked in the non-profit sector maintaining and improving a mountain lodge, mentoring college students, taking clothing and personal items to impoverished people in Mexico, and cooking for retreat groups.
Shelly has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.

Deidra Patefield

Deidra Patefield has been a Research Assistant with CRM since 2007. Deidra annually builds over 200 of CRM’s detailed and proprietary Industry Heading Reports, assists in the development of Metered Ad and Content Studies, and most recently, CRM’s Internet Media Ad Content Study. Deidra also provides all-inclusive marketing, graphic design and website management for CRM.
Previously, Deidra spent eight years as the Director of Marketing for Wendy’s of Boulder and Weld County, Colorado, providing local store marketing, graphic design, customer care and event planning for their fourteen store franchise. Deidra also directed marketing for Lakeside Center Shopping Mall in Denver, Colorado, providing marketing and event planning and assisting in the redevelopment of Lakeside as Denver’s premiere Hispanic Marketplace.
Deidra has a B.A. in Communications from Colorado Christian University in Lakewood, Colorado.

Debbie Clark

Debbie Clark has been a Research Associate with CRM Associates since January of 2008, assisting in the development and research of the Top Heading Reports (proprietary research for the Yellow Pages Association), Metered Ad Studies and Ad Content Studies (both print and Internet.)
Previously, Debbie worked as a paralegal in a Chicago law firm specializing in real estate, litigation and corporate law. Prior to this she spent several years in Resource Development and Public Relations for a non-profit medical relief organization as well as a private college. Other work experience includes a home-based business and preschool coordinator at Calvary Bible Church in Boulder, Colorado.
Debbie received her Paralegal Certification from Roosevelt University in Chicago. She received a B.A. in Modern Languages (Spanish) with an emphasis in Communications and Economics from Wheaton College in Illinois.
Lisa Niles

Lisa Niles has been a Research Associate with CRM Associates since 2002. She assists in the development of the Top Heading Reports (proprietary research for the Yellow Pages Association) and the Metered Ad Study.
Lisa has had over 12 years experience in the Yellow Page industry. Prior to joining CRM Associates, Lisa started in the Yellow Page business in 1992 as an assistant to owner at Southwest Publishing Company in Tulsa Oklahoma. Lisa managed all company operations (sales, production, distribution, HR, finance, customer service) from 1993 through 2002 until moving to Colorado in 2002.
